A beautiful and very fine hand-woven modern Agra carpet from India using all natural dyes and hand-spun wool. The design is an open variation of an antique Indian Agra design, with a large scale floral palmette and leaf design.
Hand-woven with amazing natural dyes, soft pale blues and greens, with a deep red background. The gold tones, greens and hints of burgundy work so well with the amazing teal blue main border colour. An exceptional carpet with exquisite colours and being a very fine weave, this would have taken around 12-16 months to weave.
These modern carpets are extremely tough as well as beautiful, a production we have sold for over 30years.
