A beautiful fine hand-woven modern Afghan rug, using natural dyes, hand-spun wool and an amazing antique Ersari design, which comprises of the repeating Gul pattern, this often been know as the elephant foot print, and you can see why. These carpets are woven in workshops in Afghanistan by a family run business who we have been dealing with directly for over 15 years, they produce these designs with the dyes we choose to our own specifications. Having been producing beautiful quality contemporary hand-made carpets since 1990 all our carpets and rugs use hand-spun wool and natural dyes woven within a fair trade weaving scheme to help aid the end of illegal child labour.
