This carpet has been beautifully drawn and the big border design is fabulous with such variety and colour. The pile has been cut very fine and in remarkable condition throughout. This carpet has been used on the floor for many many years in a large drawing room, it shows how durable antique carpets from Persia where made. Woven around 1900-1910 it would add immense character to a room and a real pleasure to furnish or design around.
