A finely woven bespoke Bakshaish design rug, using gentle natural dyes and soft hand-spun wool. A wonderful antique pattern, an all over design of cypress and willow trees in a stunning colour palette on this contemporary rug. Using a traditional design variation from an antique Bakshaish carpet, this rug has been woven in contemporary colours for todays interiors. The biscuit toned background colour allows the blues, reds, pinks and golds to create a wonderful modern rug. The rich golden yellow border has a great variation of dyes to add depth and compliment the light main field colour too.
