This is a really beautiful Ziegler carpet, with designs from the famous Ziegler carpets woven in Persia, in the late 19th century. Ziegler and Sultanabad have long been names associated with the most decorative and desirable carpets. With an open design and golden dyes, it is full of character and exquisite colour. A very fine weave on this modern carpet too, hand-woven by the best weavers, it would have taken around a year produce a carpet of this size and quality.
As it is hand-produced, using the best natural wool and dyes, they are incredibly tough and can withstand constant use. Supplied with our sturdy underlay, this Ziegler carpet is ideal for a drawing room, study, bedroom or entrance hall.

Having been producing beautiful quality contemporary hand-made carpets since 1990 all our carpets and rugs use hand-spun wool and natural dyes woven within a fair trade weaving scheme to help aid the end of illegal child labour.
