This contemporary Heriz carpet is woven with faded dyes, rustic reds, biscuit tones, pale blues and off-white border tones. You could be fooled into thinking that this is an antique carpet, with the pile height and natural dyes creating a muted look reminiscent of late 19th century rugs.
These are hand-woven using the very best wool and exquisite soft colours. One of the best new productions of contemporary carpets on the market today, using traditional designs from famous Heriz carpets in the north-west of Persia, they are even better to view up close and in your own home.

We think this new limited collection of beautiful hand-woven modern Sultanabad carpets are one of the best currently being produced, with the variety of dyes, the weave and the height of the pile has been cut making them look like subtle faded antique carpets.
Our collection of contemporary carpets is incredibly varied, from traditional designs of Ziegler, Sultanabad such as this production. To Agra designs from India, classical patterns from Persian Heriz carpets too. As well as abstract contemporary rugs, with little or no design.
