A beautiful contemporary Ushak design runner, woven using an Anatolian design from Ushak carpets. A very fine weave and stunning natural dyes, the various pale blues and antique looking colours make this runner look like ancient runner. Hand-woven in Afghanistan by expert weavers, this is a stunning large runner which would look fabulous in the right corridor. Please view all the additional images to see the colours up close.
We work closely with a family run business in Afghanistan who we have known for over 20 years, they produce these beautiful bespoke carpets, rugs and runners for us. Using the best wool and natural dyes it is wonderful to use antique designs with contemporary, lighter colours.

All of our contemporary runners are hand woven in Afghanistan, India and Turkey using the same traditional techniques of antique pieces. Using soft quality wool is paramount to producing a durable decorative runner, woven all by hand and with natural plant dyes they are beautiful elegant runners.
We offer the service of viewing any of our carpets runners and rugs in-situ in London, Surrey, Hampshire and all over the UK by appointment.
