Early and fine antique Heriz rug with a rare yellow border and rich madder red background colour. Pale blue eight-pointed stars and amazing fine weave, in excellent condition all over. A beautiful and rare antique rug from the late 19th century.

Heriz rugs have always been known for their durability using tough wool and great designs and natural dyes.
