The main border is exquisite with abstract flowers and leaves, the large palmette design in the centre is really well drawn and spaced out too. The dyes are faded and gentle, with sage green tones, dusky pinks, light blues, gold hues, and hints of warmer orange tones in the flowers in the main design and border. Fabulous variety of blues, greys and peach tones. A wonderful contemporary carpet to work in a drawing room, bedroom, entrance hall, study or anywhere in the home. These are woven the same way as antique carpets which have last over 150 years, made to be beautiful and durable for a busy and family life.
Using famous designs from antique Ziegler carpets, with large scale palmettes and flowing vines, they could be mistaken for antique carpets, as the colour palette and weave is executed so incredibly well.
