A beautiful pale contemporary Sultanabad carpet with a soft green border. With many natural off white dyes used for the main background colour, it allows all the soft pinks, pale blues and burnt orange tones to lift the whole palette. A delightful open design, using traditional designs from ancient antique carpets. Expertly hand-woven and well thought out by the best weavers to produce this antique looking contemporary carpet.
We love this production of contemporary carpets, bringing traditional designs with lighter, contemporary colours. They look at home in a traditional or more modern setting. Each carpet is a unique and individual design, with dyes varying from one to the other.
With the variety of natural dyes, the weave and the height the pile has been cut, gives them a beautiful faded antique look. This size would take around 6-8 months to hand-weave, not only are they beautiful but very durable too, making them ideal for a family home. Supplied with our anti-slip underlay included in the price.
