This stunning contemporary distressed carpet has been created using the finest quality wool and silk all hand-woven in Nepal. The background colour is this wonderful teal blue tone with luxurious silk highlights in a rich bronze colour. The design is based on classical designs with a contemporary feel, as the pattern is deliberately broken up to loose the formal look, which has created an exceptional carpet and works to great effect. These contemporary bespoke rugs are woven using traditional hand-spun techniques and natural wool with silk and subtle dyes.
